One executive sponsor
A named leader owns the business purpose, evidence access, adoption and acceptance decisions.
The partnership
Build & Run is for an established company ready to change how a consequential outcome moves through people, systems and decisions. It begins with company-specific evidence and an operating design at the agreed scope, then releases bounded implementation work only after authority, risk and acceptance are clear.
The unit of value is not a bank of consulting hours or a bundle of agents. It is an operating capability with a named sponsor, defined boundary, visible evidence and a continue, change, stop or handover decision.
Professional services start at USD 8,000 per month. Client-owned infrastructure, software and usage are scoped and charged separately.
The starting envelope
The exact scope is contracted, but the service floor is designed around a focused operating relationship rather than unlimited concurrency.
A named leader owns the business purpose, evidence access, adoption and acceptance decisions.
The partnership prioritises one valuable business result instead of spreading effort across an AI wish list.
A governed backlog supports one active implementation or canary stream at a time at the service floor.
Leadership sees movement, exceptions, decisions and the next release through a regular operating review.
From scope to acceptance
Authorised evidence establishes the current state, target outcome, owners, constraint, workflows, systems, controls and measures.
Claims are sourced and assumptions remain labelled.Freeze the target loop, responsibilities, environment, access, risk, cost coverage, acceptance scorecard and recovery route.
Discovery does not silently authorise implementation.Combine human workflow, SOP, software, automation, AI and evidence capture only where the operating design requires them.
Existing authoritative systems stay authoritative where they remain fit.Test representative cases, exceptions, permissions, backup, rollback and stop conditions before broader live operation.
The canary is labelled technical evidence, not a client outcome.A real authorised case runs through the loop while MEB and the client observe the agreed endpoint, window and exceptions.
The status remains under observation until the acceptance conditions are met.The named business owner accepts or rejects the outcome, then the partnership continues within scope or completes a portable handover.
Access and operational dependency do not continue by inertia. What the service includes
An evidence-backed Blueprint for the agreed outcome, including current state, target design, sequence, owners and acceptance.
Bounded build capacity, explicit human and technical authority, canary, verification, recovery and release controls.
Evidence review, exception learning, adoption support, controlled change and a portable operating record.
Technical live is not outcome live. The business result is true only when its accepted endpoint proves it.
Commercial and operating boundaries
Professional services start at USD 8,000 per month. The exact outcome, capacity, term, support boundary and acceptance standard are agreed in scope.
No. Client-owned environments, model and API usage, CRM, email, communications, monitoring, backup, security and required third-party software are separately estimated and paid in or by the client environment.
No. The partnership has a bounded outcome, backlog, active work limit, decision cadence and support boundary. Larger concurrency, regulated work, multi-environment responsibility or round-the-clock support requires a different approved scope.
MEB commits to the agreed operating work, controls, evidence and acceptance process inside its scope. It does not guarantee revenue, savings or a business result affected by market, adoption or authority outside that boundary.
Yes. Versioned artifacts, operating instructions, known risks, exports, ownership and access revocation form part of a clean handover path.
Fit before scope
A fit review considers sponsor authority, evidence readiness, operating value, risk, capacity and the separately funded client environment.
