Illustrative, synthetic and read-only canary views remain labelled wherever they appear. A company-specific Living Blueprint can become operating truth only through authorised evidence, named owners, approved baselines, controlled activation and accepted proof.
A working interface proves that the interface works. It does not prove that a customer or business result moved.

The public MEB Blueprint is the reusable guided model and tools. A company Operating Blueprint is a separately authorised, evidence-backed management asset inside scoped work.
What is the Living Blueprint?
It is the human-friendly visual and operating interface through which an approved Blueprint can remain navigable, measurable and updateable.
What is the Operating Graph?
It is the structured model beneath the interface: business objects, relationships, versions, ownership, evidence, live state and approval status.
Is the current canary live in a client business?
No client outcome is claimed here. The current presentation is explicitly a product canary and demonstration, not production or customer proof.
