Website terms

Clear information does not replace a clear agreement.

These working terms explain the boundary between public MEB content, an enquiry and a separately accepted product or service commitment.

Current website state

This website provides general information about MEB.

The website describes the Most Effective Business proposition, public ideas and current offer boundaries. It does not operate a checkout, booking system, client portal or enquiry form at launch.

Using this site or sending an email does not create a client relationship, purchase, licence, implementation authority, production change or obligation for either party.

Most Effective L.L.C-FZ operates this website.

Website boundary

What the published material does and does not do.

01

General information

MEB ideas, examples and divisional patterns are educational and do not diagnose a visitor company or replace professional advice.

02

Three offer descriptions

The Blueprint, Executive Decision Intensive and Build & Run explain buyer outcomes and boundaries. A separate accepted agreement controls delivery.

03

Price statements

Build & Run has a professional-services floor of USD 8,000 per month. Exact scope, term, capacity and separate client costs require agreement.

04

Intellectual property

The site, MEB model, diagrams, writing, tools and product materials remain protected. No resale, copying or white-labelling right is implied.

05

Third-party services

External links or future CRM, payment and portal services have their own terms and privacy practices. Availability is not guaranteed by this website.

06

No outcome guarantee

Examples, methods and operating designs do not guarantee revenue, savings, compliance, technical feasibility or a business result.

How a real commitment forms

Each path needs its own accepted commercial boundary.

  1. 01

    Confirm fit

Identify the buyer job, relevant commitment, authority, exclusions and the non-confidential context needed to proceed.

  2. 02

    Present the controlling terms

Provide the approved price or fee, licence or scope, timing, responsibilities, cancellation or exit treatment and acceptance rule.

  3. 03

    Accept explicitly

A purchase, booking or signed agreement must be completed through the approved route before either party is committed.

  4. 04

    Authorise deeper evidence separately

Company data, credentials, systems access, implementation and production change require their own named approvals and controls.

  5. 05

    Judge completion against the agreement

Delivery, decision acceptance or business outcome status is assessed against the promise and proof boundary for that commitment.

Terms questions

Before relying on website content.

Does the site form a binding offer?

No. A binding commitment requires the approved checkout, booking terms, proposal or signed agreement for the selected path.

Are Blueprint or Intensive prices fixed by this site?

No settled public price is stated for either path here. Current price, format and licence or scope are confirmed before acceptance.

Can we reuse MEB materials commercially?

No commercial reuse, resale, redistribution, white-labelling or multi-company consulting right is implied. The applicable licence must grant it expressly.

Can website information be treated as legal, financial or compliance advice?

No. Decisions requiring regulated or professional advice should be reviewed by an appropriately qualified adviser with the relevant facts and jurisdiction.

How do I raise a terms question?

Email business@mosteffective.co.za before relying on an offer description or sharing sensitive information.

Review and changes

Offer-specific terms follow the accepted commercial route.

A proposal, checkout, booking or service agreement identifies the applicable contracting terms, price, scope or licence, responsibilities, cancellation or exit treatment and any jurisdiction-specific requirements.

Last content review: 5 August 2026. Material changes to offers, payments, portal access, external services or public operation require these website terms to be reviewed.
