Three commitments, no hidden product ladder

Buy the level of help the decision actually needs.

Learn a complete operating model, resolve one consequential executive question or partner with MEB to design and run a bounded company outcome.

Choose by the job

The biggest commitment is not automatically the best first commitment.

Some leaders need a coherent model before they commission company-specific work. Some already face a consequential decision and need evidence, alignment and a defensible record. Others have a sponsor, a valuable constraint and the readiness to put a new operating loop into practice.

MEB keeps those jobs separate so a learning product does not impersonate a company diagnosis, a facilitated decision does not silently become implementation and an operating partnership does not become unlimited consulting.

Decision guide

Match the commitment to the uncertainty.

The route changes when the business needs company evidence, executive authority or implementation responsibility.

01

Choose Blueprint when...

You want a serious reusable model and practical tools, but do not yet need MEB to investigate your company, resolve a live executive decision or implement change.

02

Choose the Intensive when...

One material question has a sponsor and deadline, and the value lies in avoiding wrong spend, surfacing trade-offs and making a defensible decision.

03

Choose Build & Run when...

Leadership is ready to provide evidence, fund a separate client environment where needed and own the adoption and acceptance of a bounded operating result.

Commercial clarity

Public price only where the decision is approved.

Build & Run starts at USD 8,000 per month for professional services. Client-owned infrastructure, model and API usage, CRM, communications, monitoring, backup, security and required third-party software are scoped and charged separately.

Blueprint and Executive Decision Intensive access, format, licence and current fee are confirmed before purchase or booking. This site does not present test assumptions as settled public prices.

Divisional pages, insights, diagnostics and demonstrations are recognition routes. They do not create a fourth public commitment.

Offer boundaries

What each commitment does not promise.

Is the MEB Blueprint customised to our company?

No. It is a reusable guided product. Company-specific evidence and an Operating Blueprint require separately authorised work, normally inside Build & Run.

Does the Decision Intensive include implementation?

No. It closes with an accepted decision readout and explicit next action. Any company design, systems access or implementation is separately scoped through Build & Run.

Does Build & Run guarantee revenue or savings?

No. It commits to a bounded operating capability, agreed work, evidence and acceptance process inside the defined control boundary. Commercial movement depends on the company, market, adoption and factors no provider controls alone.

Can a conversation create a custom fourth offer?

No. Scope can change within the three commitments, but internal delivery stages, divisional pages and company artifacts do not become extra public products.
