Reusable model, explainers, scorecards and tools

See the whole business before you change it.

The Most Effective Business Blueprint helps a leadership team understand how demand, delivery, control, proof and learning fit together, then choose one useful next action.

Visible scope

A serious operating product, not a custom assessment of your business.

The Blueprint teaches the MEB model and helps you examine your own business with more discipline. It shows how an effective company wins customers, delivers what they bought, runs its supporting functions, proves results and learns from real work.

It does not contain invented facts about your organisation, verify your constraint, create a company operating design, configure technology or prove that a business outcome moved.

Company-specific evidence belongs in an authorised Operating Blueprint, normally produced inside Build & Run.

What is inside

A guided model you can inspect and apply.

The value comes from seeing the complete system and using structured prompts to make a better next decision.

01

Whole-business model

A connected view of Growth Machine, Value Delivery, Business Backbone, proof and learning.

02

Guided explainers

Plain-language walkthroughs that connect the model to leadership and operating questions.

03

Scorecards and canvases

Structured prompts for outcomes, constraints, owners, workflows, systems, decisions and evidence.

04

First-action guide

A practical route from self-assessment to one defensible question, decision or bounded action.

Buyer outcome

Use the model without confusing observation with evidence.

  1. 01

    See the complete value system

Move beyond a list of AI tools or departmental improvements and understand how the whole business connects.

Growth, delivery and the business backbone remain one operating picture.
  2. 02

    Recognise likely friction

Use the scorecards to spot unclear ownership, delayed handoffs, weak proof, decision load and value leakage.

These are self-assessment observations, not verified diagnosis.
  3. 03

    Choose a useful next question

Identify the evidence, owner or decision needed before committing money or implementation effort.

A good next action may be to simplify, investigate or stop.
  4. 04

Decide whether deeper help is justified

Continue independently, bring one consequential question to an Intensive or qualify for company-specific Build & Run.

There is no forced transition into another offer.

Blueprint boundaries

What buyers should know.

Is this a diagnosis of our company?

No. It is a reusable MEB model and guided self-assessment. MEB cannot make company-specific claims without authorised evidence and named client review.

Does it include implementation or software?

No. It helps you understand and apply the model. Company design, environments, integrations, automation and live operation are separate work.

What does the Blueprint cost?

Current access, licence and pricing are confirmed in the purchase invitation. No test price is presented here as settled public pricing.

Can advisers use one company licence with several clients?

No default multi-company, resale, white-label or external client-delivery right is implied. The approved licence presented at purchase controls permitted use.
