Find the right first commitment

Choose the smallest commitment that matches the decision.

Start with the business outcome, operating question or recurring burden. MEB will not ask you to choose tools before the real job is clear.

Strong fit signals

The company is ready to make the work inspectable.

01

A material outcome or decision exists

The business can name a customer result, operating constraint or consequential question worth resolving.

02

A leader can own the consequence

A sponsor can provide authority, make trade-offs and accept or reject the endpoint.

03

Evidence matters more than theatre

The team is willing to distinguish assumptions, technical progress and accepted business movement.

04

The company can participate

Operators and source-system owners can contribute enough reality to design the work honestly.

05

The first move can be bounded

Leadership can focus on one model, one decision or one primary outcome before expanding.

06

Ownership will remain internal

The client expects help operating the result without giving away management authority or creating hidden dependency.

Likely poor fit

A tool list, instant diagnosis or unverified ROI promise is the required answer.

MEB is unlikely to fit when there is no accountable sponsor, no willingness to examine the real work or an expectation that AI should gain broad autonomy before a controlled first loop.

It is also a poor fit when the requested result depends on confidential evidence the company cannot authorise, a guaranteed commercial outcome outside the provider control boundary or unlimited implementation hidden inside a small engagement.

Non-confidential fit context

Describe the decision in front of you.

Email only the minimum non-confidential context needed to identify the right route. Do not send customer data, credentials, financial records or protected company information.

Before sharing context

What happens at the fit boundary.

Should I send company data or credentials?

No. Do not submit confidential records, customer data, credentials or system access. A separate authorised evidence and access process is required if company-specific work proceeds.

Does sending an email create a commitment?

No. It begins a fit conversation only. No price, scope, date, access or implementation promise exists until the relevant agreement is explicitly accepted.

Can MEB recommend the route?

Yes. A human can distinguish a reusable learning need, one executive decision and company-specific Build & Run based on the context you provide.

Will this opt me into marketing?

No marketing consent is assumed from an enquiry. Any optional insights or invitation consent must be separate and explicit.
